We have reached an agreement with Mary Karlin, who oversees the wood-fired cooking classes at Ramekins, where she will now offer in-house cooking classes for Forno Bravo oven owners and builders in the Northern Bay Area. She will offer a range of menus and will bring all the food. Here are the details.
$80 per person for between 6-20 people. The class lasts between 3-31/2 hours and consists for a five course meal. The guests need to provide the wood and the wine.
Also, for people who do not have an oven, Mary can make the Ramekins Forno Bravo oven in Sonoma, CA available for private lessons on days when it is not in use. The terms are similar to the in-house lessons, though there will be a small rental fee for use of the space.
This is in addition to the on-going classes that Ramekins is offering that use the Forno Bravo oven.
