  • Rosemary Skewers

I couldn't find our metal skewers so I made some from rosemary plants. This variety has long straight branches (in the back of the middle picture) whereas most rosemary I know is curvy (in the front along the rocks).

I stripped off the leaves and threw them in the fire as I cooked. I soaked the branches in water to help them last. I did shrimp on them. They worked really well! (but this is a quick cooking appetizer)

I think they will last as long as needed when grilling. Just keep the items close together to protect the branch if needed.

    Kabobs now?
sigpicTiempo para guzarlos..... ...enjoy every sandwich!
