Just wondering if anyone has any experience, or info about the flours from them. I am trying their High Gluten Golden Lion brand flour. I hope to bake a batch of bread and make some pizzas in a week or two.
I can order from a variety of flours from Bay State, but wanted to try this high gluten first since I haven't been able to get my hands on any real high gluten before.
