We are having a St Patricks Day dinner party tonight; we are cooking up a storm, its a tastings menu. Salmon mousse in spinach flavored Filo dough cups; Beef Stew with home made Irish Stout; Pork, Bacon and Lamb pies; Drunk chicken with mustard and Irish Whiskey. I wanted Phil to make Irish soda bread but he opted for Sour dough. Dessert Bread Pudding with a whiskey sauce. Not sure how the pudding will taste, hoping we won't get a smokey flavor.
