Hi all,
Selling a mobile oven built into a 14' cargo trailer. Unit comes with a 48" (hearth) oven, small prep refrigerator, large Refrigerator that holds up to 10 dough boxes and all ingredients, 3 basin dish sink and a hand sink. The trailer is set up so that a large (4' X 10') side door swings up to reveal the oven, hand sink, small prep frige, fire wood storage and various shelves and cabinets. The other side of the trailer is a regular door that allows access inside the trailer to the large frige, dish sink and more storage.
The oven is large enough to feed a lot of people at one time. We catered a party of 120 with no problems this past fall.
Everything is plumbed and wired and functions great. We use Shore power where available, and run the system on a 3000w Honda generator at farmers markets and where power is needed. The water system is a 20 gallon with a 27 gallon grey water tank.
The trailer is a 8' by 14' cargo trailer. Tandem 3500# axels, rear barn doors, electric brakes, built in 2011 with several upgrades including led lights. Color is dark grey with crome accents. No decals have been installed.
We had a great summer with this unit at farmers markets and events and are currently using it for catering. Just finished an event yesterday, and have 2 private events this coming week. I hate to sell it, but with the success we have had, we are planning on opening up a restaurant and need every bit of cash we can scrape together.

Unit is in Seattle Area.
Thanks,
Shawn
