He as in the dough I mixed last night , put in the fridge to proof, had risen so much that HE lifted the lids off after only 4 hours.
I am about to check to see if HE has opened the door to escape this morning.
Anyhow, have a good Easter, we had ours yesterday but are preparing to celebrate it with family and friends over a pizzafest today.
