DC Elite Pizza, a club for wood-fired cooking enthusiasts in the Washington area, met at Scott Ryser's in Westminster, Maryland on March 14. Members made 20 very fine pizzas in Scott's astounding Forno Bravo Artigiano 100 oven. See below for photos of his beautiful indoor installation.
