My favorites. My brother has a blog (very seldom updated, I might add) called "moldy and fermented", which has meat curing, baking and brewing stuff- but he's a busy guy and hasn't updated for a while. Maybe he's forgotten?

      Re: Share Your Favorite Blogs!

I've been lurking for a few weeks, reading everything I can on building an oven (I really want one). This is the first topic I have found that I can offer an informed opinion.

My favorite blogs are Michael Ruhlman's at ruhlman.com and Bob Del Grosso's blog at A Hunger Artist. Sky Full Of Bacon is mostly about Chicago, but the blogger (Michael Gerbert) occasionally makes video podcasts. Some of them are very good.

This is a great site. I enjoy poking around daily.
