    Out my bedroom window this morning

    Each fall many eagles from Alaska overwinter here in Western Washington. We have several pairs which regularly have chosen our island for their winter quarters. This morning we heard their cries and I grabbed the camera to get these photos:

    Nice, the one on the wing is excellent.

          Wonderful shots, Wiley. Across the big street the adjacent community is aptly named Hawks Point. As impressive as they are, they are nothing like these. Thanks for sharing!
