A new Forum member, Alfredo, sent me this link to The New York Times. The story about the cheese is interesting, but scroll down to find the bit about mixers. Seems that mighty Cuisinart has decided to go head to head with KitchenAid for the counter-top market. Note the fact that the C "doesn't get as hot" as the KA. Hummm
