I'm now a grandpa! ....and Twins too!!

Girl (Mia) and Boy (Ben) .... 6 pounds 10 and 6 pounds 11!
Can you imagine having two babies in there?

Hmmm.... How soon can we start them on Calamari?

(Hope you've all got lots cooking now that summers here!)

Congratulations! Calamari, if very delicate, maybe 9 months. If chewy, 16months. I'm not sure I've ever cooked that at home, but all three of my kids always want that whenever we eat out.

      XJ,

Congratulations, gramps, and a duo to boot. Maybe somebody can come up with a puree of Calamari so you can start earlier. Me? I'd be more concerned about a schedule for when they could cut and stack wood.

        Congratulation Jim!

OK, I have to admit that this is better than being back in Javea cooking in your oven. But only a little.
        Great to hear from you.

              Congrats Jim,
Cute little ankle biters! My wife is diligently cooking our second bun in the oven. I hope he/she turns out as cute as those two.

Calamari? Only as an antipasto in my book. Long gooey tentacles hanging out of your mouth as you slurp up those yummies coated with EVO and assorted spices. Probably a couple of years before they're ready for that dish, huh? I like CJ's idea. Teach 'em to chop wood!

                      Lovely twins Jim!

Reminds me of my two at that age (i.e. before they got mobile )

Sigh, time goes by so fast...

Hey Dave, surely George didn't look all that old on the photos. Did he?
