James, we definately should have best effort of the month. Seeing the past month, we have still competition by Dave and Les. Dave is best on $$, and Les...well, where is the mortar? That inside is as clean as a baby's butt

Let's kick off Best of the Month/BOTM in November. I will make a posting soon to announce and describe the program, and give polks a place to make nominations. Then, around the middle of the month, I will review the nomination threat and make a poll for the top 5. Then, we all get two weeks to vote.

Let's see how it goes. Hopefully, we will get good participation.
