Wow, it's hard to believe this was our 10 Thanksgiving using our WFO. We put our 22 pound bird in the oven this morning @ ~420 degrees F. About 90 minutes uncovered followed by 60 more with a foil tent. Bird was nicely brown and I wanted to take a pic but my Wife wanted it to rest covered for a while. Never got around to taking that picture but the bird was great. It's amazing how big of a temperature range you can cook a turkey and still get great results.
