Yeah, I'm still around. I haven't used my oven too much this year, I've been really busy at work since Easter, and I needed to do some emergency renovations at my mother's house so it all got a bit hectic.
I did do the cooking for a ripper pizza party my mate had during the winter with the oven we built together a couple years ago. However there is a cool change forecast for the first weekend of summer coming up. Reckon I'll fire it up.
Guys at work have been dropping hints like, "haven't had a decent wood-fired pizza for ages".
I've always thought it'd be super cool to exactly what the guy in the video did - a brick dome underground. It'd be cool appearance wise and most importantly in Oz it'd be cool temperature wise. A great place to sleep in summer.
