sticky dough

hello I have recently purchased a dough roller machine 12' and the Dough often gets intertwined around the rollers I often I've plenty of flour onto the dough before placing trough the rollers. the dough I use is frozen and thawed in the ridge 24 hours before use. I give 2 hours at room temperature before rolling.
