  • Bocce Ball Surface

Before I start the oven I need to fiinish the Bocce Ball court. Do you vote for sand, clay or blue dust as the final surface? I am partial to dust at this point but can be persuaded....

Which one is easier to take care of? That'd be my vote!

Sounds like HER project...you know, regardless of which you/she chooses, if it is a pain for her - it WILL be your fault. That said, my vote is for the blue dust, sound kinda "stylish".

You married her too? Seriously, I think the blue dust will work out well as long as it is fine and not too chunky to roll on...

All the courts around here are clay. Easy up keep.

They make COURTS for bocce ball??? Huh. I've been playing in the back yard all this time, avoiding the dog bits..... we call them hazards.

I've only seen it played in the sand at the beach. I didn't know there were courts for the game of big marbles.
