Hmmmm,
Geeze Les. You make my brain hurt. I'm scratchin' the hair out of my head thinking about the 1:59 firing. Apparently my synapses are not firing on all cylinders.
I'm hoping that your plans include making 22 pizzas today for 7 people, and that you each get exactly the same amount of pizza. EnJoY!

George - it's not that difficult - Pi = 314159xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Any more granularity than a minute would have been BS. Cut back on the size of the party that was planned - after today though, I think I can pull it off. I let the hearth drop to around 750 degrees. Cooking two pizza's at once at that temp was a piece of cake. HUGE success!
I didn't know it was Pi day... But we had the first day of Spring yesterday and officially started this year's pizza season with a pizza party for seven people (i.e. family plus in-laws ). Outside, in the evening, with lots of different toppings and everybody making their own pizza. I'd forgotten how much fun that is!
I'll have to tell them we were actually celebrating Pi day.
