DC Elite Pizza, a fast-growing club for wood-fired cooking enthusiasts in the Washington/Baltimore area, held a hands-on pizzamaking meeting in Fairfax County, VA on September 20. Nine members attended the gathering, generously hosted by Herb, and created close to 30 pies in the blast-furnace heat of his incredible FB Artigiano 100 oven.
