      Yes, my sentiments exactly Tom,
we have an expected 14 - 25˚C Christmas day forecast which will be wonderful for the family to have a full on Christms lunch in the outdoor patio with fresh breads in the afternoon and who knows maybe crank up the fire for some fresh pizzas for tea.
I want to take this opportunity to wish all forum members, their families and friends a safe and happy Christmas break and a prosperous new year.
Keep those ovens hot and productive.
      All the very best.

David - you have a great holiday as well; and everyone on this forum. I think the entire US is covered in the white stuff. I find it ironic that everyone is overseas debating global warming. I wish they could share the heat.

We've got snow here, too! Lots of snow!

...It's all going to melt tomorrow though (apparently), so no white Xmas after all.

Happy Xmas everybody! I hope you have a lovely time, whatever the weather happens to be doing wher you are.

We are not digging out. We are went up north where the snow was lighter. Actually it is almost gone in NYC. I am not going to dig out the oven. I will wait for it to melt and dry. Skiing coming up after Christmas for sure.

Wishing everyone the happiest and healthiest Christmas and New Years! Thank you all for your support and camaraderie this past year. Our restaurant is open and our oven there has been making many a great pizza already(hence the reason for my absence lately!).

                          Congratulations, Dutch!

Merry Christmas to all! Here in VA we've been having rain on top of our snow... I say it's still a White Christmas. But now it can leave.
