I have a Casa2G which I installed a few years ago. The metal door that was part of tha kit included a temperature gauge. I broke the probe off the back of it and for the life of me, I can't find a replacement. I'd want the same gauge if possible - 1000F range. Anyone know where to go?

Re: Replacement Temp Gauge
G'day
I checked the forno shop , no mention of a separate gauge like that!
Why don't you send them an e- mail and ask
Can't hurt.
I just buy mine from a restaurant supply shop there easily damaged so its good they are cheap . The ones I use are rated to 350C for deep fat fryers

Re: Replacement Temp Gauge
Do a search under BBQ thermometers you will find hundreds of different kinds.
Here's one that would work for any roasting or baking you plan on. You won't be using the door at pizza temps.

Re: Replacement Temp Gauge
I finally found something that appears to fit the bill. Reads up to 900F and will go into my steel door. Man-Law is the brand...
