This is for a restaurant.
1. Any recommended materials/solutions for making an outdoor patio on ground level. The floor, currently asphalt needs to be replaced. And some sort of roof that can be open to the weather but also keep out rain. There is a 20' high iron fence surrounding the area.
2. Recommended materials for flooring and wall covering in a commercial kitchen.
Ideas that are simple, thrifty and can be done DIY are encouraged.
