It was worth the trip. Fantastic experience. Too much to write here. You have to go next year. Lots of great workshops. There were six WFO's loads of baking workshops, construction, efficiency, flour milling, wheat growing, bakeshop running lectures and demonstrations. We had a great time learning more than we could absorb. Took lots of notes, pictures and a few videos.
