Last weekend, I set up my portable WBO at our Wooden boat club campout at Paulina Lake camp ground in central Oregon. Little info, my oven is quite small, about 32" long, 24" wide and 16" tall. All held together with gravity only, after the campout we take it apart. Uses close to 100 red clay bricks and some custom steel frames.
Early Saturday morning I fed my sourdough starter and noon-ish I mixed a large batch of dough from that starter for the evenings pizza party. There were an estimated 30+ people coming. I set it up that I would fix the crusts and pass off to a helper who sauced and cheesed the pies then each family or couple would load their fave toppings. In between hand trowing dough in the air, I would bake pizza's. By end of the evening, I had baked 11, 16" wide pizza pies, man I was beat !
Me, my oven and some homemade tools:

Everyone had a great time, wish I could have seen the looks on the faces of the other campers eating their fire burned hot dogs and canned beans !
