WFO Fire Truck on Florida West Coast

Well, I meant to document our build and do have lots of photos, just have not time!
We have a 100cm oven installed on our fire truck. Truck is still a functional pumper, unlike most fire truck to food truck conversions.
I learned how to weld from my neighbor and now flying on my own. I even stretched the truck 2 feet in order to carry our prep table on the tailboard and tonight got the twin winches to pull said prep table up the ramps fabricated in place and functioning. Now just have to weld a battery box under there tomorrow to make it nice and tidy. I will follow up with more photos ... and more can be seen at www.facebook.com/fireengineparty53

That is way too cool! Just need a kegerator and a tap and you'll have everything covered. Can't wait to see the other photos. You should enter the photo contest too.

Oh good, I didn't think the photo was displaying! Now I can put more up! I have a PERFECT spot for the beer btw..... More on that to come.. I need 2 old air pack bottles for starters..
I will get some build pictures of the oven up here today.

Few more pictures, truck before the oven, actually, the oven being delivered by big truck in background. My little pizzaiolo with a pie from our FB design oven in the yard. He built and cooked the pizza himself. He doesn't appreciate a caramelized crust yet.....And of course the devil is in the details. Some pre oven welding shots of the truck..
