Hodgey: I have to say that our HOA is awesome....They know their place and their responsibilities. Their job is mostly just to take care of the common areas...that's all.

I am not as far along as you in the build but am also in the process of having to move the Oven... Unfortunately mine is so huge I don't think it is going to happen. I think I Might have to tear down and rebuild because it weighs too much but... it is what it is. Your build is beautiful though!

I actually took my oven apart brick by brick. I labeled each with a concourse number and position number. The reassembly only took one day. It was not as bad of a project as I thought it would be. I think you'll find it will work out.
