Very handsome and well done. Congratulations. I especially envy you the side walls, which is something I must do with my oven to ward off winter winds. Slate roof tiles were once very common here in Ontario, but no longer. I went with cedar shakes instead, but the slate has a very nice look with the different colors.
Cheers,
Jim

Lots to like here. Excellent. I like the scroll work on the roof trusses. Not many builders put that level of care and detail into the finish work. Very nice. The three repeating brick arches also work really well.
Complimenti.
James
Thank you all for the compliments. I must admit I hired craftsmen to do the work. A little landscaping & a light fixture & I am done. The best thing is how the oven performs. Thank you James and all the contributors to this forum as I read virtually every post for the past 2 years trying to make sure that it was going to be built right. Got my Caputo 00, the proper vino, my health & a family that loves me; what else matters?
