been in place now for 18 months so the inside pictures are from a well-seasoned, well-used oven
the photos show some of the construction phase, our first fire, and the finished product.
the doors underneath do shut perfectly - just didn't close them properly before the picture. we are also looking to buy a piece of pottery or stone to use as a feature Keystone in the opening - we looked at some pieces during a trip to Italy recently - but couldn't find just the right thing....
