        Now thats my style. I like that one!

        Uh oh. Someone told me that the longer I hang around the more likely I'll build one of these pizza ovens. I just joined this forum for the outdoor kitchen ideas.

        I think Im in trouble.

          it takes over........ You can't stop it.

          On the other hand... Great family project, if you get everyone involved.
          And, if it makes you feel better, my outdoor oven project has turned into an outdoor kitchen project.....

          So either way.. We both got sucked in!

            Hi James, here are some more pics showing the substructure of the enclosure.
            Pretty much a matter of selecting the right timbers for curves and integral strength. Locust is what we use. Then some fancy chainsaw work and you are in business.

              Ah yes, Becks beer going on and sweet blue coming from the chimney. You're making me cry. I really love that rustic design.

              And locust wood will still be there when your grandkid's kids are building pizzas. Love it.

                VV, the roof design seems similar to Jim's design..I too like the character of it. What had you thinking of this as a roof idea?
