    Jeff, I know just what you mean.

    Happens to me all the time... elbows, knees... the sheer physical hardships we go through for our ovens cannot be concieved by non-WFO people.

      Wow, I just can't seem to keep up with all the oven news these days!
      Welcome back - glad you had a good holiday and thanks for posting these photos (and the great ones of your kids I saw on another post).
      It's fascinating to see pics of ovens built so long ago. Amazing to think of all the trials we've all been through building our ovens even with all kinds of modern items to make it happen, and those guys did it all without any of our conveniences.
