Looks great, Did you end up finding supplies local? trying to locate supplies in nearby Rhode Island and was wondering if you found a good supplier for fire mortar or Insulating blanket.

Thanks, I did find all my supplies locally. The firebrick came from a reclamation company in Pawtucket that is usually posting on Craigslist. The slate roof tile are from a guy in Lowell that reclaims them from old churches etc also always on Craig's list. There is a great guy in Woburn that sells the insulation materials and mortar called Smart Ceramics his name is Jim. 781-935-2221.
