Calsil bleeding out - how to fix?

I looked at my oven the other day and noticed how the calcium silicate from two super-imposed insulation boards under the hearth had started to bleed out again... is there anything I can do to stop this bleeding?

What is making you think it's the calsil? Looks like it might be concrete efflorescence , which would make sense with your dome

I agree with DJ. I look at your google pics and the believe it is efflorecence from the cold seam on the concrete.
