Finally finished decorating the oven. We are very, very happy with our Forno Bravo kit. It is so much better than the Mugnani which I owned previously as far as heat mass and retention goes. On a typical firing we will roast a chicken, cook pizza, pita, beans and bake muffins the following morning....
