just finished our casa 80 pizza oven. we love it! followed the instructions from the install manual, which was very thorough. we used additional vermiculite as insulation. we've given the oven one really good cooking, with pork, empanadas, cookies & a pizza. Everything turned out great & it holds heat for hours!

Beautiful job and I like the layout. If the cook catches on fire take three steps back. Looks great.Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste

Looks Grand, we're just south of you and if find good resources for pizza ingredients in Dallas, please share. We get up there to visit the kids and so far Jimmy's or Central Market have been the best.
