Here are some pics of the 1/2" rebar used in the first layer, (Portland cement and sand).Plastic ties were used to tie the rebar. I also used angle iron to support the rebar and to reinforce the edges of the pad.
Next,on the next layer I used pencil rebar to strenghten the vermiculite/cement layer.
Well,going from a newbie to a peasant feels great! Can't wai to reach that
level of "Pizza sensei"!!!!
