What is the water and ice shield covering you used? What are you applying to the chimney box on the second photo?

Owens Corning Weatherlock Water & Ice.

I used Laticrete waterproofing membrane (Liquid rubber). Brush it on like paint then hardens like rubber. The corners get a fiberglass cloth. The product works good but $$.
