  • Carson City Oven

    This is a recently installed oven - it's one of James' Premio's. This was a catered event and the girl cooking the pie's had it down to a science.

    There was some discussion a while back about copper roofs. Notice that it is soldered instead of using rivets.

    This is my first attempt at linking pictures so bear with me (unless it works)

        nice oven

        I think it looks great! I am a tall guy so having the oven at a higher elevation is nice for me. I am glad I dont have to do the whole ADA thing with my oven. <no offense meant>
        The copper roof is beautiful. That is called a standing seam and it works best with flat straight joints, that kind of leaves me out with my dome.
        Oh well I am happy anyway...
