There's been a couple of threads on this: Note, I haven't tried any of the recipes, or for that matter, read the threads. Good luck.

I simply used gluten free flour and used the standard FB recipe.
My guests who are gluten intollerant raved about the pizza bases and took the left over bases and the recipe home.

        Cheers.

Here is one from pizzamaking.com that a co-worker used with good results:

          2 cups rice flour
          2/3 cup potato starch
          1/3 cup tapioca flour
          1 teaspoon xanthan gum

I'm new here and in the very early process of building an oven. One of the things I plan to do is come up with an exceptional gluten-free pizza recipe. On that note, there's a very trendy restaurant in San Francisco (where I'm originally from,) I think it's the Fillmore district, and their pizza is the newest rage. It only just happens to be gluten-free and I think corn is a big part of it. I'm going to try to find the name of the restaurant and check it out when I'm back there soon. I wanted to get into this thread to keep track of things in this area :-) And thanks for the good recipe idea already. I'll try it as soon as I get my oven done..
