Need to Post to view thumbnails

Just today I cannot view thumbnails or links in the posts. It says I need to have at least 2 posts to view some and 5 posts to view others. Is this a new rule? I guess a shy guy like me can add a few posts so I can see the pictures and links.

Eeeek. I just added those rules to keep the Spammers from posting (this was recommended by other forum administrators as a way to keep them out).

I can make them all active after two postings. Would that help?

Hmmm. Why don't I just turn the post requirement off for view thumbnails??? All we are trying to do is to stop spammers from posting outbound links with their first posting.
