I want to build an outdoor pizza/bread masonry oven in the California Bay Area AQMD. How do I meet the US EPA certified device requirement for reducing smoke emissions?

kidding aside...need more info. Is this a hypotheitcal sitch....or has someone actually complained? What is the full scoop?
