I assume you mean Forno Bravo board? Build a oven over it and then put a roof over that...I don't think it can be water proofed....just stop water from geting to it...

the dome enclosure should waterproof the entire dome once completed. During construction phase, tarps, tents etc. should be used to keep FB board dry. Small amounts of moisture are not going to be a problem; you just dont want it to get saturated.
