Well, I feel James need some help here. We know JC Jim was the winner for December, great work Jim!

Now we move into the January voting. As to who we believe is tops for January will be determined by our peers, and we only have until the 15th to throw out the ideas, people. I am sure James will do polling for the 2nd half of the month.
