New Posts Feature

I normally navigate the forum via the New Posts area. Since the upgrade, I can't seem to figure out how to achieve this. Is it supposed to be 'Latest Activty?' 'Latest Activity' is giving me a server error. I know that we're not that far into the upgrade, so it's possible the kinks are still being worked out, but I just wanted to be sure that I wasn't missing something.

I used the New Posts as well to get a list of new posts since the last time I logged in, is that function available in the new format? Latest activity looks like it may go back further than your last log in? Thanks!

And what's happened to all the photos? I can't see most of them on my iPad or my PC. I just get a file name appearing, such as 'Oven.jpg'. It'll open if I click it but the snapshot view we had previously seems to have disappeared.

No its not just you mate there are a lot of builds with pics. missing. My own seems to be intact, but that's not the point there are a lot of really good builds that are now junk.

seems like you can still download pics so you could possibly fill in the gapes. But hang in there mate you can still finish that oven.

I'm with you on that. The small snapshots you got when a piccie was posted was ideal. If there were a few there you could just open the one that you were interested in. Now you have to open them all to see what's there. Aaargh...

There seems to be a general rule with all IT upgrades that the " improved" version is always more complicated and doesn't work as well as the older version
The red typeface against a similar toned grey background is almost unreadable.
I can't seem to find which members are currently online either.

Peoples avatars appear bottom of the forum, if you put you mouse pointer on them there name appears. Problem of course everyone has lost their advatars.....

I cant even find my build, let alone every other good build. This site needs to be upgraded back to the old............ or someone speak up on of the benefits of this change. I,m not a happy camper

I found my build no thanks to any working search features. This change has rendered my build useless to others I see no easy access to the many pictures I have posted. Please fix it !!!!!!!!!!!!! Or show how to delete all my post...............Please help

I posted to this thread yesterday and today it is nowhere to be found? Lets hope it gets sorted soon, many of us have spent a lot of time on here posting stuff and the like. We do need to take care not to bite the hand of our host though!
