Hey Is it too late for nominations? I nominate Derocherconstruction, who listened to the advice given here, and tore up part of his oven construction to go back and include insulation underneath! That kind of thing can be demotivating, but he did the right thing. He also listened to advice about the "chimney in the dome" concept.
