I'm looking to build an oven in my backyard here in San Diego. I am lucky enough to have a garden, and we have been making our own cheese for years. A WFO seems like a great use for all our fresh ingredients. I have the corner already picked out, and have drawn up quite a few different plans. Hopefully, I will start soon. I'm sure I will have more than my share of questions as I move along.

I'm new to this adventure in WFO also. I just purchased a Primavera60. I'm just starting to entertain. I can't imagine making my own cheese. I'll have enough of my plate just learning to make dough, pizza and breads. Still, it sounds so interesting and impressive. Good luck to you and be sure to post pictures.
