Hi Stasa and welcome aboard.
Boolarra eh, an hour or so south east of Melbourne. There are plenty of oven builders in Melbourne who would only be too happy to set you in the right direction with your decision making, materials and build.
There is plenty to read and a whole host of decisions to make. Get them done and your oven underway and enjoy!!!
