    Marcello,

Eccelente. We need to come up with a prize. The 1,000th member, the 10,000th posting, and so one.

    What should we offer?

5-pack of Caputo Tipo 00 sounds good to me

          (M) Now you're talking!

          ===========================================

          (M) On another theme, James; consider posting, on the actual Photo Gallery/Plog, your instructions on how to download images. I think it might save your members some time if you also warned them to reduce any image(s) to ___ x ___ size BEFORE trying to download. I waited quite some time before I was advised that my file was too large.

          (M) Also please mention that the option to download may be hidden under the icon for RSS feeds. I didn't see it until you mentioned that it isn't all that intuitive.

          Ciao,

          Marcel

                James,

Speaking of registered members, it would be nice if their location was required information. It's interesting to see where these things are popping up. The rest of the information is personal and I respect that, but the location seems harmless.

                Just my thoughts...

Nice idea. I will look into that straight away, but give me a second on this one.

It was "cunneen". Cunneen, if you are out there listening, send me a private message and we will arrange to send you the 5-pack of Caputo.

Now, the small print... You must be over 21, and have a valid US drivers license. You must be more than 6' and be able to speak at least three languages, and you must have taken a cooking class from Peter Reinhart. If you match this simple criteria, you win.

                      No, not really.

Now, if Cunneen does not claim the prize, I am happy to go through the Member List, and see if there are a couple of banned Spammers in there, and I can delete them, and we can roll the clock back to 999, and have another shot at it.

                      The clock is ticking.

I second the motion to request a state location.

                        (M) Not just your thoughts, Les. I have also been frustrated not knowing the location, because building advice, wood availability, freeze Info. is so often a function of geography when advice needs to be tempered with venue. Knowing just the state (or country if not in the U.S.) is hardly a violation of privacy. Besides, many members make up their own "handle".

                        (M) James, thanks for considering Les' request.

                        Ciao,
