Veraci style clay oven?

Hello people!
Does anybody have any information on how to construct a clay dome style wood burning oven such as the one Veraci Pizza Co. from Seattle Washington uses? I would appreciate any information on this subject!

The oven you are asking about looks to lack both a vent and insulation. If you tell everyone here what you are looking for in an oven I'm sure we can help guide you towards something better that will reach your goals.

How can you see that they don't have good ventilation? What is the secret for a good ventilation?
