Hello,
I've been making and cooking my own pizza dough and bread for about 5 years and recently decided that i wanted to build a wood fired oven to add another dimension to the process.

I want to build a rectangular oven maybe 36" long but I have a lot of searching to do before i settle on a final decision.

I look forward to the help offered as i go through this process.
