Hi everyone,

I've been studying this site for a few weeks now, and thought I'd better sign in. I'm in the process of purchasing a (tiny) home near the beach here in Southern California; haven't even closed escrow on the place yet, and I'm already researching the hell out of a WFO build. Something tells me I might just have the right attitude for this forum...
