Building in South Africa

I have embarked on building an oven in SA. This forum was great help in getting myslef started. We have been taking pictures on the progress and have kept details of what was used and where to source material for this type of oven in the Gauteng area.

I have been very fussy obout ensuring that I dont have any space between the bricks and only used refractory cement to keep the bricks togther.

Will be posting pictures of this and maybe even a PDF accout if anyone is interested.

Everyone here likes to watch... Now that our ovens are done we try to figure out how to pay back all of the help we got. At least that is how I look at it.

I agree 100%.
If it was not for this forum I cant imagine what my end product would have been. However I might have added a smoker in the chimney. Too late for that now!
